I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your product arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will arrange an immediate replacement once verified.
MY PRODUCT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN.
If your order appears lost or never arrived, first contact your local carrier.
Meanwhile, we’ll open an investigation with our shipping partner.
If the package is deemed lost, we’ll send you a replacement right away.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the item is missing, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
Customs fees vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees.
